What We Are
This site is an independent information resource. It is not run by Malheur County, the Malheur County Sheriff's Office, Malheur County Jail, Oregon Department of Corrections, any court, or any law-enforcement agency.
The content organizes public-facing paths for local jail custody, Oregon court records, Oregon DOC lookup, VISOR, BOP, and ICE resources. It does not create, store, edit, or certify official inmate records.
What We Cannot Do
We cannot release an inmate, move a person between facilities, post bail, confirm custody status, change a court record, remove a booking photo, provide legal advice, or speak for any government office. Official action must come from the agency or court that controls the record.
Search Partners
Some search boxes and sponsored tools may be provided by third-party search partners. We may receive referral fees when visitors use those partner tools. Those partners are separate businesses, and their prices, results, data practices, and terms are their own.
This site is not a consumer reporting agency and does not provide consumer reports, background checks, tenant screening, employment screening, credit reports, or insurance screening services.
